Privacy Policy

1Who We Are & Scope
My Lead Central is an exclusive appointment-setting telemarketing service for contractors and related businesses, based in the United States. This Policy applies to personal information we collect through the Site and in connection with the Services. It does not apply to third-party websites, platforms, or services that we do not control and that may be linked from the Site.
2Information You Provide to Us
When you complete a contact, offer, or appointment-request form, or otherwise communicate with us, we collect the information you choose to give us, which may include: your full name, company name, email address, telephone and/or WhatsApp number, service or trade of interest, state or geographic coverage area, expected appointment volume, preferred contact time and date, your language preference, and any additional details you include in a free-text message. If you become a Client, we also collect the account, billing, and campaign information necessary to provide the Services under a signed Master Service Agreement.
3Information Collected Automatically
When you visit the Site, we and our analytics providers automatically collect certain technical and usage information, including: your IP address, approximate geographic location derived from your IP, device type, browser type and version, operating system, referring and exit pages, the pages and content you view, links and buttons you click, scroll depth, mouse movements, session duration, and the dates and times of your visits. We collect this information using cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies (see Section 5).
4Session Recording & Analytics
We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the Site. Clarity captures behavioral analytics, heatmaps, and session recordings — reconstructed playbacks of interactions such as mouse movement, clicks, scrolling, and pages visited — which help us diagnose usability issues and improve the Site. Clarity is configured to mask sensitive content (such as text you type into form fields) by default, and we do not use it to capture passwords or payment details. Microsoft may use the data it collects in accordance with its own privacy practices. We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-focused, cookieless analytics tool that provides aggregated traffic statistics without profiling individual visitors. For more information, see the Microsoft Privacy Statement and the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
5Cookies & Similar Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies that are (a) strictly necessary for the Site to function and stay secure, and (b) used for analytics and performance. These include cookies set by Microsoft Clarity (for example _clck and _clsk) and by Cloudflare for security and bot mitigation (for example __cf_bm and cf_clearance). We do not use cookies for third-party targeted advertising. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings; disabling strictly necessary cookies may affect how the Site works. Where required by applicable law, we will request your consent before setting non-essential cookies.
6Bot Protection
To protect our forms from spam and abuse, we use Cloudflare Turnstile and related security measures, which process technical signals such as your IP address and browser characteristics to distinguish humans from automated bots. This processing is necessary for the security and integrity of the Services.
7How We Use Your Information
We use personal information to: respond to your inquiries and requests; set up, schedule, and conduct discovery calls and appointments; provide, operate, and deliver the Services; send you Service-related and transactional communications; send marketing or promotional communications where permitted (see Section 8); operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site and the Services, including through the analytics described above; prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents; enforce our Terms & Conditions and other agreements; and comply with legal obligations. Where required by law, we rely on your consent, our legitimate business interests, the performance of a contract, and/or compliance with legal obligations as the basis for processing.
8Marketing & Communications Consent (Phone, SMS & WhatsApp)
By providing your telephone or WhatsApp number and submitting a form, you agree that My Lead Central and its representatives may contact you at that number — including by phone call, SMS text message, and WhatsApp message, and including through automated or prerecorded means where applicable — regarding your inquiry, your appointments, and our Services. Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchasing any Services. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message, or reply HELP for assistance; you may opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in any such email or by contacting us. We will still send you non-promotional messages necessary to administer your account or the Services. We handle email communications consistent with the CAN-SPAM Act and text communications consistent with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and applicable law.
9How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share personal information only as follows:
Service providers & processors. With vendors who perform services on our behalf — such as hosting and content delivery (Cloudflare), website analytics and session replay (Microsoft Clarity), email and SMS/WhatsApp delivery, payment processing, and IT and security providers — who are permitted to use the information only to provide those services to us.
Legal & safety. When we believe disclosure is required to comply with a law, regulation, subpoena, court order, or lawful government request; to enforce our agreements; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of My Lead Central, our Clients, or others.
Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of all or part of our business or assets, in which case personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
With your direction. When you ask us to share your information, or when you provide it through a public or interactive feature of the Site.
10Do Not Sell or Share; Targeted Advertising
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral (targeted) advertising, as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA) and similar U.S. state privacy laws. We also do not knowingly use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that would require an opt-out or opt-in under those laws.
11Third-Party Links & Services
The Site includes links to third-party platforms — for example WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram — and loads certain resources (such as icon fonts) from third-party content delivery networks. Those third parties operate under their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any third-party site or service you visit.
12Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy — including to respond to your inquiry, provide the Services, maintain business and financial records, and comply with our legal obligations — and thereafter for the period needed to resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete, anonymize, or securely dispose of it in accordance with applicable law.
13Data Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping any account credentials confidential.
14Your Privacy Rights (U.S. State Laws)
Depending on where you live, and subject to applicable law and exceptions, you may have the right to: (a) know / access the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you; (b) correct inaccurate personal information; (c) delete personal information we hold about you; (d) obtain a portable copy of your information; (e) opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of certain profiling (which we do not do); and (f) not receive discriminatory treatment for exercising these rights. These rights are provided under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act/CPRA, and comparable statutes in Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, Florida, and other states.
How to exercise your rights. Submit a request by emailing legal@myleadcentral.com or calling (786) 674-3522. We will take steps to verify your identity before fulfilling a request and will respond within the timeframe required by law. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf where permitted. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision; where available under your state’s law, you may also contact your state attorney general.
15Do Not Track & Global Privacy Control
Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” (DNT) signal. Because there is no common industry standard for DNT, the Site does not currently respond to DNT signals. Where required by law, we will honor recognized opt-out preference signals, such as the Global Privacy Control (GPC), as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information.
16Children’s Privacy
The Site and the Services are intended for businesses and individuals who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under the age defined by applicable law). If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
17International Visitors
We are based in the United States, and the Site is operated from the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where data-protection laws may differ from those in your country. By using the Site, you consent to that transfer and processing.
18Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technologies, or legal requirements. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and post the updated Policy on this page. Material changes may be communicated through the Site or by other reasonable means. Your continued use of the Site after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
